[Installation Steps]
If it’s not working properly after installation, NEVER delete eSIM profile and follow the below step by step.
1. Check if your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM again from the above guide
2. Set all the other USIM or eSIM off
3. Scan QR code
- Go to Settings > Cellular > 'Add eSIM Profile' or 'Add Cellular Plan’
4. Check the Profile or VPN (Setting > General) If you see any Profile or VPN, please delete it and then reboot your phone
5. Go to Setting > Cellular > Network Selection
- Turn off Automatic, manually select SKT, and reboot your phone
6. Go to Settings > General > Reset
- Choose 'Reset Network Setting' and reboot your phone
7. Contact us through KKday message (SK Telecom technical support team)
After purchasing, the e-voucher will be sent to your email. Please present the voucher with your passport at SK Telecom booths upon your arrival at airports in South Korea
If you order 4 eSIMs, please show 4 foreign passports at the pick up desk. If you can show only one passport, the other 3 eSIMs will be given with no outgoing functions.

After picking up the product at SK Telecom roaming booth, please make sure that the data is working properly before you leave

The period of use is calculated from real use of the internet, not from the purchase date If you purchased the eSIM for 5 days on June 1st, scanned the QRcode, and started to use it at 10:00 am on the 4th, you can use it until 10:00 am on the 9th
You need to top up money as much as you want for the outgoing Voice/Texts at the pick up desk. (The unused balance within the expiration date disappears at the end of the expiration date)
The eSIM QR code can be scanned up to 10 times. Please do not remove the data plan after scanning the QR code. Please remine that the removed plan can NEVER be rescanned or reused
If you encounter technical troubles or difficulties to use, please contact SK Telecom Chat Service or call the customer center at 02-6343-9000 (If it's not an SK Telecom line, there's a charge)
Additional charging for outgoing is possible at any time within the period of use (online site)
If you want to use 2 or more eSIMs continuously, you can scan the next eSIM when the prior eSIM period is completely over
Once the eSIM QR code has been scanned, it cannot be added to other phones
The eSIM cannot be used for self-authentication. Therefore, it cannot be used for online services requiring online identity authentication
Smartphones and pads with voice calling are supported, but pads without voice function such as iPads are not
This product is for short-term visitors staying in Korea for 90 days or less. Passports with a long-term stay visa (over 90 days) could be denied at the online registration.
