Please note that the local guide will only be able to provide information in Japanese.

We have manuals available in Japanese, English, Chinese (Traditional), and Korean.

Meeting time will be 30 minutes before each session. (Morning course 8:30am meeting / Afternoon course 13:00 meeting)

If you are unable to arrive on time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Free shuttle service is only available within Naha city. (Some hotels and areas are excluded)

If you wish to use the free shuttle service, please be sure to contact us in advance with the designated location (hotel name, etc.). Please note that we may not be able to respond depending on the date and time of your request.

If you would like to use our free pick-up service, we will inform you of the pick-up time the day before.

If you are using the free pick-up service, you may arrive at a different location from the designated location depending on the pick-up route.

If you are using the free pick-up service and are late for the pick-up time, you will be asked to meet at the port by yourself.

If the shuttle bus is full, the shuttle service may not be available.

It feels colder than the temperature on the ship. Also, because you go out on the front deck when watching whales, you may get wet from the sea spray. Please wear warm and waterproof clothing in advance.

The sea may shake, so please wear shoes that are easy to move in and walk in, such as sneakers. Please avoid wearing unstable footwear such as high heels or high-heeled boots.

If you are concerned about seasickness, please bring motion sickness medication.

If you are pregnant, you cannot participate for safety reasons.

For safety reasons, children may be refused boarding depending on ocean conditions.

We recommend that you take motion sickness medication before participating.

The return time may be delayed by more than an hour. Please allow plenty of time to participate.

As the Naha city shuttle service is a free service, please be aware of the three points listed on the right. [① If the room is full, you may not be able to use it. ② If you are late for the meeting time because you are sharing a ride with other passengers, you will have to meet at the port by yourself. ③Depending on the route of the day, we may not necessarily pick you up in front of your hotel, but may come to a nearby pick-up location. ]

The minimum number of participants for this plan is 6 people. Depending on the recruitment situation, we may not be able to offer the tour, in which case we will contact you the day before the trial date.

Please note that whales are wild creatures, so you may not be able to see them 100% of the time.

As a rule of the Central and Southern Okinawa Whale Watching Association, the viewing time for spotted whales is limited to one hour in order to avoid causing stress to the whales.

Please note that we may return to port earlier than scheduled depending on the physical condition of passengers, seasickness level, ocean conditions, and weather conditions.

The free photo gift includes the best whale shots taken in the past and a commemorative photo taken on the boat on the day.

We will try to take as many photos as possible of the whales and participants on the day, but in order to prioritize customer safety, there may be cases where we are unable to take photos.

Please note that strong smelling foods and alcohol are not permitted on board.
