- There will be additional holiday charges on special holidays: December 24, December 31, February 8, and February 11. Please refer to the price on the website
- A team with less than 16 people will be assigned a head coach, and a team with more than 17 people will be assigned an additional assistant coach to assist.
- One head coach will be assigned to groups with less than 16 participants. An additional assistant coach will be assigned to groups with 17 or more participants. Each group can have a maximum of 41 participants
- For safety reasons, this group is unable to accommodate passengers weighing more than 100 kilograms. We ask for your understanding on this
- For safety reasons, this tour only accepts passengers ages 4 and above to participate. Every two adults can bring 1 child under 4 years old for free (No bed, no seat, no meals, and no skiing equipment or clothing included). If attractions/restaurants need to charge tickets or meal fees for children under 4 years old, the child's accompanying adult must pay the actual fees on-site
- This offer can accommodate passengers over 60 years old who are in good physical condition and can move independently. However, if the instructor assesses that seniors are not suitable for skiing after registration, the fee will not be refunded
- For safety reasons, the ski trails on foot in the ski resort are off-limits. If you want to use it, you must purchase a "Ski Mountain Cable Car Pass". If you are determined to participate in skiing activities, please order a package that includes a cable car pass or pay the cable car fee to the instructor on the day of the experience. Fees are payable in cash only, and no card service is provided on-site
- If you do not purchase a "Ski Mountain Cable Car Pass", guests can only practice in the designated teaching area of the ski resort (About 20 meters in length, with a slope of about 7 degrees)
- To accurately assign ski shoes, the size will be measured on-site and does not need to be provided in advance
- Since ski lessons are big group lessons, the instructor will try his best to assist each student. However, if there are a large number of people, the waiting time for guidance will be somewhat longer. Please be informed before placing a reservation
- Each participant can bring one 25-inch suitcase. If you need other large or multiple pieces of luggage, please make a note when ordering
- This group is for skiing lessons. If you want to change to snowboard, there is no charge. However, the company cannot provide snowboard coaching services. Please be aware that the ski equipment is a group package. Changing from skiing on the first day to snowboarding on the second day is not allowed

A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Pregnant women

The amount of snow is a natural factor and cannot be controlled by humans. We appreciate your understanding on this
The ski resort prioritizes safety. To avoid accidents, guests cannot enter the ski resort without wearing ski equipment
Each participant will receive a free hot pack, simple breakfast (Bread or rice balls), and a bottle of distilled water (Except for children under 4 years old)
Soap, towels, and hairdryers are provided in the resort rooms. However, in compliance with the Korean government's environmental protection policy, the hotel will not provide toiletries. Please bring your toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries, etc.
To fairly protect the rights and interests of all passengers, the shuttle bus will depart on time and will not contact or wait for passengers individually before departure. Please be sure to abide by the meeting time and arrive at the meeting point in advance. If you arrive late due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded, please be informed
If the meeting time has not changed, passengers only need to arrive at the meeting point on time according to the original time on the itinerary and will not be contacted individually before departure. However, if the meeting time changes (The departure time may change according to the situation. We will inform you in advance if this happens), the tour guide will contact the guest one to two days before departure via WhatsApp / LINE / WeChat, etc. Please be sure to pay attention to message updates and acknowledge
The above time is an approximate estimated time, and the implementation depends on the traffic and weather on the day. In the event of rain or snow, departure will continue as usual. Guests are not allowed to request a refund or change the departure date due to temporary cancellation
Due to traffic conditions in South Korea, international guests are strongly advised not to arrive in South Korea on the first day of the tour or to return to their home country on the last day of the tour, so as not to miss your schedules
All our company's tour buses are covered by comprehensive insurance designated by the Korean government, but it is recommended that passengers purchase their travel insurance to obtain more protection. Since skiing is a high-risk sport, guests must purchase travel insurance with relevant protection items to protect their own safety
If any emergencies occur during the trip, our company's staff will do their best to assist. However, if injuries or casualties are caused by unforeseen factors, our company will not be responsible for relevant compensation, so please note

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
