- Service must be booked at least 12 hours before departure time
- Regarding waiting time, staff will wait only for reachable customers as requested. If customers cannot be contacted, the staff will wait for a maximum of 120 minutes from the pick-up time; otherwise, it will be considered a "no-show" if it exceeds this duration
- The overtime fee is THB500 per hour
- The charter service vehicles can't act like public buses or taxis. For instance, picking up one group at Place A, dropping them off, then going back to pick up another group at the same or a different place, and repeating this for multiple groups is not allowed
- For vehicle services between 23:59-05:59, an extra charge of THB 500 per hour will apply.

The pick-up time is subject to your selected time
The operations team will arrange transportation for airport pickup and drop-off services based on the pickup time requested by customers. To avoid no-show charges in case of incorrect pickup time selection, please double-check the time before making your reservation.
For transporting golf bags, surfboards, or other large items, we recommend reserving a vehicle with eight or more seats to ensure adequate space inside the car.
If the rental duration is not fully utilized by the end of the day or before 11:59 PM, any remaining time cannot be carried over to the following day or refunded.
Passengers are responsible for any damages incurred, whether intentional or unintentional. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to seats, liquid spills, stains, scratches, and other related issues.
