• Please provide detailed information about the pick-up and drop-off location (hotel name/address/phone number). If departing from the airport, please provide flight information.
• Please accurately note the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. If the vehicle is overloaded, the driver has the right to refuse passengers for safety reasons.
• We are unable to provide child safety seats. In Japan, it is not mandatory for compliant vehicles to use child safety seats for children under 6 years old. We appreciate your understanding.
• All drivers are Japanese speakers, please be aware.
• Overtime fees will be collected directly by the driver and must be paid in Japanese Yen cash. Overtime fee: 5000 yen/hour for 5/6 seats; 8000 yen/hour for 10 seats.
• Outside of business hours (22:00 - 6:00), an additional fee of 2500 yen per 30 minutes will be charged, which will be collected directly by the driver.
• No refund will be given if the private charter car trip ends early.
• Please note that a private charter car of 6 hours or more is required to travel to Tamatorisaki, and a private charter car rental of 7 hours or more is required to travel to Hirakubosaki.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
