・Participants will need an International Driving Permit issued compliant to the 1949 Geneva Convention format to drive in Japan.
・If you have a driver's license issued from Switzerland/ Germany/ France/ Taiwan/ Belgium/ Monaco, an official Japanese translation obtained from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) is required.
・Licenses issued from countries that are not parties to the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudia Arabia, etc) will not be allowed to drive in Japan.
・Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or original country license and official translation for some countries) and physical passport on the day of the event.

The license must be issued by a country or region that is a signatory to the Geneva Conventions (https://www.keishicho.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/menkyo/menkyo/kokugai/kokugai04.html) in accordance with Japanese law and in the form prescribed by the Conventions. Therefore, this product is not available for customers who do not have the relevant driver's license.
*Some countries/regions may also issue licenses in the form prescribed by the Vienna Convention, even if they are members of the Geneva Convention. In this case, the above “prescribed form” does not apply (cannot be operated).
Please note that there are other restrictions, such as the validity period being calculated from the date of landing in Japan (the validity period of an international driver's license is one year from the date of issuance) or the validity period of the relevant license, whichever is shorter.
Driving on public roads without a valid driver's license is punishable as driving without a license. For more information, please refer to https://www.npa.go.jp/policies/application/license_renewal/have_DL_issed_another_country.html.
・We do not have costumes for characters that appear in Mario Kart. Additionally, even if you bring your own costume, we will not allow you to wear the costume of the character in question.
・On the day of the experience, please bring your orignal International Driving Permit (depending on the country, your home country's driver's license + official Japanese translation) and passport.
・Please be sure to arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time. Customers who arrive late will not be able to participate and will not receive a refund.
・If you forget the required documents specified by our store, you will not be able to participate and will not be refunded.
・If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or the course time is changed, a full refund will be given.
・After confirming your reservation, you MUST send every participants' International Driving Permit copy (both Cover Page and Picture ID Page) to the address below, along with your name and reservation number.
