[Reservation ~ Arrival at the Ski Resort]
- After you make a reservation, we will confirm availability within 1-4 business days and reply to confirm whether your order is confirmed. Please understand that there may be delays in replying during peak ski season.
- The bus meeting and departure point is the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Large Vehicle Parking Lot in Shinjuku. Please refer to the itinerary for the location information.
- After you arrive and check in, our staff will provide you with your itinerary information and cable car voucher. Please confirm that the information is correct before departure and keep it safe. If you have any questions, please contact our company.

- Depending on the number of participants, buses from other travel agencies providing ski services may be used. If this happens, the departure and return parking locations and times will be adjusted, and you will be notified via KKday message one week to one day before departure.
- When you meet in Shinjuku, the bus will depart on time. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance and do not be late.
- For all ski bus tours organized by our company (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave them behind.

During a group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave the group early or midway. If you leave the group midway, you will be deemed to have automatically given up the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refunds will be given. Passengers who leave the group or after leaving the group must bear the responsibility for accidents.

As long as there is more than one ski slope in operation at the ski resort, the itinerary will continue. The itinerary may be suspended due to the condition of the ski slopes.
Some ski resorts will charge a deposit ranging from JP¥500 to JP¥1,000 when you use the lift ticket, which will be refunded after you finish using it.
Depending on the conditions of each ski resort, some ski trails may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given.
When registering for evening departures, please pay close attention to the departure date and time. Please note: the reservation date is the travel date; arrival at the ski resort is the following morning. Please confirm.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
