A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please note that if affected by traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or arrival time at the ski resort may be delayed.
There is no tour guide for this trip. Please follow the important instructions sent in advance when you arrive at the location.
The tour leader is Japanese with some simple English knowledge, and we do not provide a guide after getting off the bus.
During a group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave the group in advance or midway. If you do leave the group midway, you will be considered as giving up the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refunds will be given. Passengers who leave the group must bear the responsibility for accidents on their own.
Passengers are requested to arrive at the meeting point in advance. The bus will leave on time, you will not be able to join the tour midway.
If it is considered that the trip needs to be suspended due to insufficient snow, we will give notification 2 days before departure.
As long as there is more than one ski trail operated, the itinerary will continue. However, the itinerary may be suspended due to the condition of the ski trail.
Part of the ski resorts will charge a deposit from JP¥500 to JP¥1,000 when you use the lift ticket, which will be refunded after you finish.
Depending on the conditions of each ski resort, some ski slopes or chairlifts may not be available, no refunds will be given.
