- Tour language: Japanese or English. Please notify us of your preferred language when booking. Please note that the requested result is not guaranteed
- Please provide an active contact number when booking so we can get hold of you in the event of an emergency
- Hotels in Whitehorse are in high demand. During peak seasons, hotel rooms are not guaranteed. After booking, the local travel agency must reconfirm with the hotel. If hotel rooms are unavailable during peak season, similar hotel arrangements will be made; traveller will be required to make up price differences if needed
- The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide reserves the right to adjust the itinerary to accommodate weather and on-site conditions, and will give traveller the itinerary including activity schedules and hotel pick-up time on the day of the tour. If the tour guide decides an activity is too dangerous or inexecutable, alternative arrangements will be made for safety reasons
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to traveller who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- Northern lights sighting is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be offered to traveller who do not see northern lights due to adverse weather conditions

If your flight is cancelled, please contact customer service in advance to rearrange the airport transfer
Please arrive at the meeting point on time, as participation or refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
Tour activities are subject to change or cancel depending on weather conditions. The tour guide will inform you of the detailed itinerary on the day of the tour
The flights to Whitehorse are in high demand and it is highly possible to be fully booked. The tour is not allowed to reschedule and cancel due to flight cancellation, fully-booked seats and other circumstances
It is advisable to purchase travel inconvenience insurance beforehand. Please note that refunds won't be provided if the traveller can't make it to the tour due to delayed flight
Please note the age limit of each optional tour. Traveller may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit. Staff on-site would have the right to reject traveler's participation when age requirements did not meet
Traveller are recommended to download or print out the e-voucher for offline access
While we do offer a comprehensive collection of warm apparels, yet due to the extreme low temperature in Whitehorse, it's recommended to bring your own properly fitting warm clothing and accessories to ensure a comfort travel experience
If your flight is originally scheduled to arrive at Whitehorse Airport 08:30 p.m. or later: 1. No hotel transfer service is provided. Please proceed to your hotel by their complimentary shuttle bus service or a taxi. 2. If you check in your hotel and are ready to go by 10:00 p.m., your guide will take you to aurora viewing tour. Otherwise, you will need to give up joining aurora viewing tour on the first day.
