Reminders
When renting, please be sure to bring necessary documents (original driver's license from your country, Japanese translation (or international driver's license), passport). Please note that if the rental cannot be made smoothly due to lack of any document or invalid document, etc., it will be deemed to be canceled on the same day and 100% fee will be charged.
If you encounter any accidents during the use of the vehicle, please be sure to contact the store and call the police. If you don't call the police, the accident will be exempted from the scope of compensation.
Vehicles are always full of fuel when they are lent, so please be sure to fill the fuel tank before returning the vehicle and return it to the designated location within the agreed time; if the fuel tank is not filled, corresponding fees will be charged.
After renting out the vehicle, if you need to extend the rental time, please contact the store or contact customer service before the agreed return time. Also please note that extend is not always available.

- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
