- Please select your pick-up time to be 1.5 to 2 hours after your flight's arrival time to account for customs and luggage claims
- Please select a pick-up time to meet our staff at the arrival hall with all your checked-in baggage promptly. For instance, if your arrival time at the airport is 1:10 pm, you will need to wait for the next available time slot, which is at 4:00 pm or 8:00 pm. Otherwise, you may arrange your own transfers to the hotel
- If travelers miss the free transfer service hours due to flight delays or personal reasons, this complimentary service will not be available. Travelers are responsible for arranging their own transfers, and no refunds or compensations will be provided
- If you cannot locate the driver, please call the emergency phone number provided on your voucher
- Opt for a shared transfer service. Please be patient as wait times may vary depending on the schedule and other passengers
- Please note that travelers who choose to depart at the port will not be able to join the West Palm Beach tour on the final day
- The tour guide will arrange your drop-off point based on actual on-site conditions. Please refer to the below drop-off points and your voucher for actual details
- Drop-off point 1: Miami International Airport (MIA), please book a flight after 7:00 pm
- Drop-off point 2: Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), please book flight after 6:00 pm
- Drop-off point 3: Port of Miami (POM), scheduled arrival time: 5:00 pm
- Drop-off point 4: Port of Everglades (POE), scheduled arrival time: 3:00 pm
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour
- The itinerary is for reference only. In case of force majeure, such as attraction closures, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, or weather conditions, the local tour company may modify or cancel the itinerary without prior notice or compensation
- The vehicle type, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55–61-seater vehicles, will be determined 2 days before departure based on the number of travelers and adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with an infant under 2, please contact KKday in advance to confirm available packages
- According to local regulations, children under 8 or under 145 cm in height must use a child seat when traveling in a vehicle. Guests are responsible for any violations and associated fines. Specify the number of child seats needed during reservation and contact KKday in advance for confirmation
- Bilingual tour guides in both Chinese and English are available for this tour. However, please note that for some experiences or attractions, bilingual guides may not be available. Local official attractions or tour operators may arrange for English-speaking guides or provide no guided services. Please be aware of this before making a reservation
- Due to the extended travel periods by vehicle, please assess your physical condition before making a reservation

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

Travellers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification during the tour. Please carry your ID documents at all times
Each traveller is allowed to carry one piece of large luggage (maximum of 28" and 20 kg) and one carry-on luggage. Please secure your luggages as you are responsible for any loss or damage; partial refunds are provided for losses or damages due to vehicle breakdowns
In cases of emergencies, adverse weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances leading to tour delays or changes that result in inconvenience or additional expenses not covered by this tour, refunds or compensation will not be provided
Refunds, or compensation will not be granted to travellers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
The tour guide arranges all optional experiences and tickets; travellers cannot use tickets they obtain independently (e.g. City Pass). Please check the official website or on-site announcements for exact ticket rates.

Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, indoor facilities, and vehicles during the tour

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
