Purchase Notice
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour.
- Pregnant guests may participate only if they are 24 weeks pregnant or less by the end of the trip. Participants must be in normal health.
- Guests with disabilities must contact us in advance for policies and reservation arrangements. Wheelchair lift–equipped buses and accessible seating are not guaranteed without prior notification and approval.
- Guests must provide accurate and complete booking information, including name, gender, valid contact details (preferably a mobile phone), and correct tour location. Any losses or issues caused by incorrect or invalid information are the guest’s responsibility, and the company will not be held liable.
- City Passes and personally purchased attraction tickets are not accepted. Admission fees and meal expenses may change at any time without prior notice. Purchased tickets are non-refundable, even if prices later decrease.
- The tour guide or driver may adjust itinerary sequence, stay duration, or meeting times due to weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure smooth operation.
- If attractions are temporarily closed, including on certain holidays, the tour guide may arrange external viewing or substitute attractions. Changes to attraction opening hours or capacity limits due to health concerns, and any resulting itinerary adjustments, are considered force majeure.
- Children under 8 years old require a booster seat to join the tour. Booster seat rentals are available from JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday at USD 10 per person per day and must be requested at booking. Any violations or fines are the guest’s responsibility. Booster seats are not required for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee will be refunded if not used.
- These terms and conditions may be updated and posted on the agents’ website. Guests are responsible for reviewing the latest version prior to booking.
- Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The itinerary is for reference only. In case of force majeure, such as attraction closures due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, or weather conditions, the local tour company may modify or cancel the itinerary without prior notice or compensation
Travellers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification during the tour. Please carry your ID documents at all times
In cases of emergencies, adverse weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances leading to tour delays or changes that result in inconvenience or additional expenses not covered by this tour, refunds or compensation will not be provided
Refunds, or compensation will not be granted to travellers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
The tour guide arranges all optional experiences and tickets; travellers cannot use tickets they obtain independently (e.g. City Pass). Please check the official website or on-site announcements for exact ticket rates
When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, indoor facilities, and vehicles during the tour
JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right to transfer passengers between vehicles during the trip when operating conditions require.
Late passengers will be waited for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. Arrival and departure times are not guaranteed due to factors such as weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical issues. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for delays, missed connections, or any related expenses.
This is a group tour. Guests who choose to leave the group must inform the tour guide in advance, obtain consent, and sign a departure agreement. Any unfinished portion will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
Pets and animals are not permitted on the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
