After placing the order, please communicate the specific itinerary with the driver in time to avoid delaying the trip
The regular service time period for chartered cars is 8:00-22:00. If you do not use the car within this service time period, please contact customer service for confirmation.
The one-day chartered car trip lasts for 10 hours. If you exceed the time limit, you must pay an overtime fee to the driver on site.
Please note the route to the attractions you want to visit when making a reservation. In order to have a smoother experience, the order of attractions may be adjusted based on the current traffic conditions on the day of departure.

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
