Purchase Notice
- Infants (ages 0-3) may join the tour, but will not have a seat (they will sit with their parents) and will not be provided with meals.
- We recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes.
- It is dry throughout the year, so please bring a water bottle or bottle of water to keep you hydrated.
- The sun is strong, so it's a good idea to bring a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
- In winter we recommend carrying rain gear.
- Downloading a stargazing app in advance will be useful when viewing celestial objects such as the Southern Cross, which is unique to the Southern Hemisphere.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be able to see the starry sky due to weather conditions. Also, depending on the conditions on the day, we may have to show you a place other than the Pinnacles to see the starry sky. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
