- Ski tours depart daily during the ski season, but in case of weather warnings or ski resort closures, guests will be notified in advance and the departure date will be rescheduled. If you book a tour at the beginning of the ski resort's opening period, there may be situations where the ski slopes are not fully open or snow spraying is being done; in such cases, rescheduling can be arranged depending on individual circumstances. If your primary focus is on the experience, the tour will proceed as scheduled.

Guests who have booked a resort shuttle bus are requested to arrive at the meeting point at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be allowed to participate in the activity and will not be able to request order modification, cancellation or refund on this basis.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
