- On the first day, travellers must arrive at Yellowknife Airport by 10.00pm. Transfer to the hotel and aurora viewing will not be provided for arrivals after this time. Flight delays will not be accommodated, thus travellers are highly recommend booking a flight that arrives at by early afternoon as delays are quite common due to extreme weather conditions
- For arrivals after 10.00 pm, travellers will need to arrange their own transportation to the hotel, either by using the hotel's shuttle service (if available) or taking a taxi. Please note that no refunds will be granted for missing hotel transfers or aurora viewing due to late arrivals
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time, late arrivals will not be eligible for participation or refunds
