Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Arrive at Yao around 18:00. Dinner is not included, so please prepare it in advance or finish it on site. However, the location is likely to be crowded, so we recommend that you prepare in advance.
If the number of participants is an odd number, we may ask you to share the bus seats with men and women.
Bus arrival may be delayed due to road conditions, but please wait at the designated meeting point.
Due to unexpected road congestion or congestion at tourist spots, sightseeing time may be shortened or return time may be delayed.
We cannot be held responsible if you are unable to board the bus because you are late for the meeting time. We ask for your cooperation so as not to be late. If you cancel due to not being able to make it on time, you will be charged the normal cancellation fee.
If it is raining or rain is predicted, the dancing will not be held outdoors and will be watched on a rain-friendly stage. There are no refunds after departure.
To prevent crowding, the Odori Nagashi venue will be limited to a portion of the town. (Nagashi dance in Suwa Town and large ring dance after the final dance will not be held)
Flash photography is only allowed in areas where it is possible. Also, the use of monopods, tripods, and stepladders is prohibited.
For passengers aged 3 to 6 (preschoolers), a bus seat will be provided for the duration of the trip and a fee will be charged, in accordance with the Travel Agency Act and safety management.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
