Child Seats and Luggage Regulations • This service uses licensed commercial vehicles, and the use of child seats is not mandatory. If needed, please inform us in advance when booking; the supplier can provide one seat free of charge.
※ Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 people's space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity.
• Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller, as it will be counted as two pieces of luggage.
• If the passenger or luggage capacity exceeds the limit and boarding is not possible, the passenger shall bear the responsibility and costs.
Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range • All vehicle types may be adjusted to the same class depending on the dispatch schedule on the day; we regret that we cannot specify the vehicle type.
• If a 7-seater vehicle is carrying 6 larger adults, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater model to ensure comfort.
• Vehicles are only permitted to travel within a 300-kilometer radius of the departure hotel.
※ An additional service fee will be charged for cross-regional (e.g., Sapporo + Otaru) transactions.
• Pick-up and drop-off points are limited to hotels or guesthouses within Sapporo city. If the pick-up and drop-off points are outside the designated area, an additional empty vehicle fee (JPY 5,000 to 20,000) will be charged.
• Pick-up and drop-off arrangements in different locations (such as Noboribetsu/Lake Toya area): This is a long-distance cross-regional arrangement, and you need to allow time for the empty vehicle or pay an empty vehicle fee. The service time and fee will be adjusted according to the actual distance.
• New Chitose Airport Transfer: An additional empty vehicle fee will be charged for transfers to certain areas. Please inform us in advance when making a reservation.
Private tour Time and Overtime Fees • Standard Service Time: 10 hours ※ For pick-up/drop-off at different locations (e.g., Furano/Noboribetsu), the service time is 8 hours; for other areas, available time will be reserved based on actual arrangements. • Service Hour Range: 08:00～20:00
Overtime fee standard:
• For vehicles with 7 seats or less: JPY 5,000 will be charged for each hour exceeding 1 hour (every 15 minutes exceeding 1 hour is counted as 1 hour).
• Vehicles with 10 or more seats: JPY 8,000 will be charged for each hour exceeding 1 hour (every 15 minutes exceeding 1 hour is counted as 1 hour).
• For vehicles with 18 or more seats: JPY 10,000 will be charged for each hour exceeding 1 hour (every 15 minutes exceeding 1 hour is counted as 1 hour).
* Overtime caused by traffic congestion, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged as overtime.
Other reminders: • The driver does not speak English, but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. Please confirm that you can accept this condition before booking.
• Driver contact information will be provided one day prior to departure (no later than 3 hours before pick-up). Please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance.
• Notes on using LINE: Since LINE IDs in Japan and some overseas regions cannot add each other as friends, it is recommended that you use other contact methods (such as WhatsApp, WeChat, email, etc.).
