·Please fill in the pick-up location and time when making a reservation. Also note the number of adults and children.
·When placing an order, it is best to note your contact information for easy contact.
·The driver information will be notified via email the day before the trip (please confirm the email or check the spam box at that time) or via WeChat.
·According to Japanese law, children under 6 years old must use child seats, so please be sure to inform us in advance.
·One child seat is provided free of charge. Any child seat exceeding the limit will be charged JPY2,000/child on site. If necessary, please indicate the quantity when booking.
·Please fill in the number of passengers truthfully when placing an order. If overloading is found on site or safety issues are considered, the driver can refuse the ride.
·The maximum waiting time for the agreed departure time is 10 minutes, and the portion exceeding 10 minutes will be counted into the timing standard.

·Please wait at the door of the hotel in front of the reservation time. ·It is recommended to make a note in advance and provide the itinerary content, so that the journey will be smoother on the day.
·Any time within a reasonable itinerary is acceptable. The overtime portion, if it exceeds the service time by less than one hour, will also be regarded as one hour.
·If expressway tolls and overtime fees are incurred during the chartering process, the driver will be paid the actual cost in Japanese yen.
·The 6H chartered bus is for the south-central route, and the trip point is American Village. 7-22 o'clock is the normal time. If the time is exceeded, an overtime fee of 4,000 yen will be charged for every hour.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
