Each guest will require a digital or printed ticket, and must scan the ticket in person to enter the park
Guests will be directed to scan their finger on first use of a multi-Park Ticket. The finger scan is saved as numerical code which allows the Operator to verify the same guest uses the multi-Park Ticket on their next entry. No copy of the guest’s fingerprint is saved. If someone else attempts to use the Ticket following registration, they will be refused entry and the Operator will refer the guest back to the Ticket issuer
If guests prefer not to scan their finger, they can opt out by registering manually at the designated counter. Each guest registering manually must carry their own valid government issued photo ID and submit it at the counter, and each time they use their Ticket at the turnstiles. Entry will not be permitted without official government issued photo ID

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
