Purchase Notice
- The card is redeemed with a code for a digital card and thus requires no redemption at a physical redemption point
- The Copenhagen Card code is under the QR code (on the voucher)
- It is possible to store multiple cards on a single phone if you're traveling together and using transportation as well as visiting attractions and museums collectively
- Please do not activate (swipe) the card before you are ready to start exploring. Once you activate your card the hours start counting and the activation cannot be undone

How to Use
- Go to “My cards” or push the green QR logo, after which you will see your COPENHAGEN CARD. Push the activate button and swipe “Activate”. Note that it can't be undone as soon as you have activated your card
- You must first enter the order reference received in your code to redeem the card in the app. Then, you are ready to activate it (The Copenhagen Card code is under the QR code (on the voucher)
- After activating the card, the card is valid for exactly 24, 48, or 72 hours, depending on the type of card purchased
- If you activate a 24-hour card at 10:00 am on a Tuesday, it expires at 9:59 am on a Wednesday
- The Copenhagen Card allows only 1 visit per attraction regardless of the card type
- The code received is valid for a year
