The tour will be conducted in English or Chinese.
Children up to 3 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or meal coupon. If bus seats or meal is required, please make a booking under the child rate.
If the number of participants is less than 20 or if the operation is impossible due to a disaster or accident, the enforcement will be changed or canceled by the day 3 days before the start of the trip (13 days before the accommodation).

■ In the unlikely event that you arrive late and need to use a taxi or stay overnight, we will not be able to respond to your request.
■ Depending on the number of participants, it may be a medium-sized bus or a small-sized bus.
■ The bus does not have a toilet.
■ No smoking inside the bus. In principle, reclining is not permitted. (Excluding some courses)
■ The arrival place may be different from the meeting place.
■ The storage period for lost items is 2 weeks after the end of the trip. However, we will immediately dispose of food items such as living things and items that are difficult to store. Please note that.
■ Please refrain from participating with pets.
■ In case of emergency, you may be shared with the tour conductor. Please note.
■ Facility admission fees included in the tour price are different from the official prices. There is no refund or additional request for the difference from the official price after the tour departs.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
