The design of Taiwan's sightseeing train "Mingri Kitchen" has won many international design awards, including the "Good Design Award" from Japan, a pioneer in sightseeing train design.
This train was commissioned by the Taiwan Railway Administration and designed by Qiu Bowen, the design director of "Bocheng Design". The carriages were completely renovated, subverting the traditional framework and introducing innovative concepts.
Taking "Autumn Wind" as the design inspiration, it showcases the aesthetics of subtraction and reinterprets the 70-year-old Juguang train to create a brand new travel experience.

1. Enjoy the cuisine of a top three-star chef in the dining carriage. Sit in the warm rattan chairs and high chairs, and enjoy the exquisite menu and furnishings to create a high-end and exquisite dining space. While admiring the natural scenery along the way, savor the dishes carefully designed by the top three-star chef. There are also rich themed activities along the way to make this journey even more surprising and touching.

2. Dining Car: A Delicious Control Room on the Move. To provide a complete set meal experience while the train is moving, the dining car is reminiscent of a five-star hotel's central kitchen, featuring meticulously planned space and circulation, balancing efficiency with space efficiency. The car's design continues the style of the dining space, incorporating natural materials like stone, metal, and leather. The windows offer a glimpse into the interior, a space designed to reflect the understated luxury of Taiwan's beauty.

3. The visual color scheme of the landscape blends the old and the new. The black color of the "Emperor's Float," a symbol of dignity, is combined with the orange body of the classic Juguang Express, cleverly integrating the rich and varied colors of Taiwan's landscape into each carriage.

4. Enjoy a comfortable living room with bright and spacious seats. The carriage is equipped with soft and comfortable velvet sofas. Passengers can take in Taiwan's magnificent scenery through the large landscape windows along the way and enjoy every journey in a leisurely and comfortable manner.
