** In 3.5-star hotels, children aged 4-11 years old need to occupy a bed. All prices will apply if they occupy a bed.

**Whether children aged 4-11 years old in 4-4.5-star hotels can stay without occupying a bed depends on the bed type and charging rules of the hotel, and needs to be confirmed twice.

**If you register as a single person, you must also pay the price difference for a single room.

**For multi-day tours, the specific time and order of the itinerary will be changed, but the content of the itinerary remains unchanged. The arrangement will be subject to the tour guide's explanation after arrival.

** If you want to join the itinerary on the day of arrival, you need to take a flight that arrives before 9:30 a.m.; to leave, you need to book a flight that leaves after 18:00 p.m.

** Guests participating in the Panoramic 5-day tour departing from Launceston at the end of the fifth day can choose a flight leaving after 17:00; if departing from Hobart, they need to book a flight leaving after 19:00. On the fifth day, the tour guide will usually leave Launceston and return to Hobart between 15:30-16:00

**For guests participating in a multi-day tour, the tour guide will take you directly to the airport after the last day of the tour. If the guest has a later flight, the tour guide will no longer see you off alone;

** The flowering period of lavender in Tasmania is from mid-December to mid-January of the following year. During this period, we will add more tours to the lavender garden. Due to time constraints, we will no longer arrange tours to the Swiss Village and Wetland Park.

**During the tour, if the tourist leaves the group midway or voluntarily abandons sightseeing at some attractions, the fee paid will not be refunded by our company

**If the itinerary is changed or terminated due to factors beyond our control such as weather, natural disasters, etc., our company will not provide refunds or compensation.

**Our company will not compensate or make up for the missing itinerary due to flight cancellations or delays caused by the airline.
