Purchase Notice
- A minimum of two adults is needed to participate in this tour
- Pick-up and drop-off services to your hotel or accommodation are available within a 10 km radius of Rovaniemi city center on the departure day
- Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult, both paying the same price, for the same trip
- Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time
- Admission is complimentary for children below 3 years
- The product might be rescheduled or cancelled if the group size falls below 2 guests. Advanced notice will be given prior to the scheduled departure date
- Since the number of people in each group varies, we cannot guarantee extra space for luggage in the vehicle. Please make sure to provide the luggage dimensions in the Remark section when placing your order for confirmation

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–29 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
