- The mode of transportation used for carpooling trips is ride-sharing, where you will be traveling in the same vehicle as other passengers.
- For the sake of the traveler's own safety and the travel rights of other members of the group, travelers aged 70 or above, those with mobility issues, or those whose physical condition is not suitable for travel but still wish to travel must be accompanied by family or friends in order to be accepted for registration.
- If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors, the itinerary or the time spent at each attraction may be adjusted.
- Please be sure to arrive on time at the designated meeting point at each attraction. If you are unable to continue the tour due to lateness or other personal reasons, no refund will be issued.
- Weather conditions can affect the state of natural scenery. Please note that no refunds will be given if you are unable to see the scenery due to weather conditions.
- For private charter car trips, please note whether the pick-up and drop-off points are within the designated area. If they are outside the designated area, an additional charge will apply.

The shuttle bus schedule at Yilan Railway Station may vary depending on road conditions. Please check the back-end service staff's messages before departure and you can contact them on the day of your trip.

- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 6 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
