*If you are the representative making a reservation, please check the health status of all participants in advance.
*For the safety of our customers, we may refuse participation at the discretion of the captain or instructor.
*If the weather is bad, the ocean conditions are bad, or someone is feeling unwell, someone is not following the instructions of the captain or instructor, or someone is behaving in a way that is a nuisance to the captain, instructor, or other participants. If the captain or instructor determines that the tour cannot be carried out safely, we will change the tour contents or cancel the tour.
*There are no changing rooms or restrooms at the meeting place. Please be sure to complete this in advance before gathering.
*Reception will begin from the meeting time. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to board the ship. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
*The flight method (number of people) will change depending on the wind, waves, etc. on the day. There are 1 person flight, 2 person flight, 3 person flight, and 4 person flight, but the flight method (number of people), pairs to fly together, order of flight, etc. are determined by the captain and instructor depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day. We will make a decision on the spot.
*If you only wish to board the ship, we will reserve a seat for you for 3,000 yen per person. If there are seats available on the day, we can guide you on board for free, but depending on the number of passengers on the ship, weather, and ocean conditions, we may decline your request at the discretion of the captain or instructor. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
