Before enabling the "Data Roaming" function, please make sure that the SIM card used in other regions has been removed. For dual-card mobile phones, please ensure that the roaming setting of the other SIM card is turned off or the card slot function is directly turned off to avoid unnecessary roaming charges
Generally, you can use the card immediately. If you can’t use it, please check the access (APN) of your mobile phone and whether you have enabled data roaming
Please note that there are many reasons why the SIM card cannot be used, and is not necessarily the problem of the SIM card itself. Should you encounter any problems, please contact us for support
If you do not contact us and have any complaints after returning to Hong Kong, it will not be accepted as grounds for a refund

Cancellation Policy

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
