With a 24 or 48-hour pass, you can easily hop on and off at any of our dedicated stops along the route. The bus operates two routes depends on the season. The Red Inner Tour covers downtown and central Auckland plus eastern Auckland highlights, including the Sky Tower, Auckland Art Gallery, Newmarket, the Auckland War Memorial Museum, and SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton’s Aquarium and is available year round. The Blue Outer Tour covers central and western Auckland, with highlights including Mt Eden / Maungawhau, Auckland Zoo and MOTAT and is only available through October to April. Either way you take, guest will learn about the history of this diverse modern city and what makes Auckland one of the world’s most desirable places to live. The entertaining commentary is provided in English.

Before travel your ticket must exchange your ticket by Explorer Bus sales ambassadors who are based at Stops 1 and 2. After being checked in, show your QR code to drivers to be verified/scanned each and every time you board the bus

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
