The show is open to people aged 18 or above. If necessary, staff will ask the audience to show valid age proof before entering the venue.

Customers can use the KKday QR code to redeem physical tickets on the day of the show and enter the venue with the physical tickets.

Tickets are only valid for the specified performance and time slot. If the date or time of the performance is changed, the organiser is not obliged to refund or exchange the ticket. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the performance, add, delete or replace performers, and modify the program content, performance venue or number of seats.

Once a ticket is sold, the transaction is complete. All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

Tickets should be purchased directly from approved ticket outlets and official ticket offices. Guests who purchase tickets from improper channels, such as resale tickets, will be denied entry.

Tickets can only be used to enter the relevant performance venues or amusement facilities, and tickets may not be resold or attempted to be resold at a higher price (whether through online auctions or other means), or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to commercial competitions and promotional offers) or to promote other goods or services, unless approved by the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any resold tickets and prohibit such ticket holders from entering the performance venues or amusement facilities without refund.

The organiser shall not be liable for any complaints, claims, refunds or cancellations and shall not be deemed to have breached these Terms and Conditions. The organiser shall not be liable for any consequences arising from any delay or cancellation of the performance. If the delay or cancellation is due to factors beyond their control, the organiser shall not be liable for any compensation other than the ticket price.

Tickets are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, resaleable and may be cancelled. Tickets will become void if modified.

If the ticket holder is found to have engaged in fraud or other illegal activities, or if it is discovered that the ticket was issued by mistake or there was an error in the redemption process, the organisers reserve the right to modify or cancel the transaction.

Ticket holders are fully responsible for transportation to and from the performance venue and therefore will not receive a refund or exchange of tickets in the event of changes, delays, suspensions, postponements or cancellations of sea, land or air transportation.

Ticket holders attend the performances and rides at their own risk. Ticket holders assume all risks and dangers incidental to the performances and rides, whether before, during or after the performances. The organisers will not be responsible or compensate for any loss, damage, personal injury or death (unless death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of the Management). Guests attend and attend the performances and rides at their own risk and responsibility. The Management does not assume any responsibility for any personal injury, health problems, death occurring during the performances or rides, directly or indirectly caused by the existing health conditions of the guests.

The organiser reserves the right to arrange seats at its own discretion and may arrange seats different from the seat number specified on the ticket without prior notice. If necessary, the organisers will refund the difference between the original seat and the changed seat ticket price.

Unauthorized solicitation of goods, services, tickets or the conduct of any customer surveys is prohibited.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who behaves in an unruly, disrespectful, inappropriate manner, disrupts the enjoyment of the show by others or poses a safety threat. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be given. Any audience member who causes a nuisance, behaves inappropriately or fails to comply with the requirements set by the management will be ejected from the theatre without refund or compensation.

For security reasons, ticket holders will be subject to inspection before entering the venue and any bags, packages or other personal items must be opened for inspection.

Any prohibited items that management considers to be dangerous or inappropriate (including but not limited to glass bottles, aluminum cans or knives) are not allowed to be brought into the venue.

Mobile phones, any portable communication devices or other electronic devices should be turned off in the venue to avoid disturbing the performance.

The organiser will not be liable for any impact caused by force majeure such as performance delays or cancellations, power failure, fire, explosion, flood, typhoon, heavy rain or similar disasters, strikes, industrial disputes, unusually severe weather, war, rebellion, riot, civil unrest, terrorist acts or threats, natural disasters, outbreaks of infectious diseases, industrial action, national or local government decrees or regulations, government orders or regulations, or any other reasonable cause beyond its control.

Subject to clauses 5 and 19, for any rescheduled or cancelled performance, the Management will only be liable to exchange or refund the partial or total face value of the ticket, whether or not the ticket was purchased as part of a tour package, and will only refund the ticket holder. No cash refund will be given for complimentary tickets.

In case of any dispute, the organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on the dispute or issues related to tickets, admission, etc.

According to Macau law, smoking is not allowed in theaters and amusement facilities.

Guests entering and remaining in the Venue must comply with all announcements, instructions, restrictions, warnings and rules.

There are no cash refunds for gift tickets. In the event of a venue or facility closure or a performance cancellation or postponement, gift ticket holders should contact the department that provided the gift ticket to process a ticket exchange.

The shows may contain bright lights, loud sounds, smoke or special effects created by pyrotechnics, water, machinery, light or other elements. The organiser will not be held responsible for any health problems caused by guests enjoying the shows or using the rides.

The organiser reserves the final right to amend and interpret this ticket without further notice.
