- Considering the extended periods of travel by vehicle, please do access your physical conditions before making a reservation
- The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- Children below 8 years old are required to use a car seat by law. If a business/high roof/flat roof bus is used on the day of the tour, each child below 8 years old will be charged as an adult. If a non-aforementioned bus type is arranged, children under the age of 2 are admitted for free as long as they do not occupy a seat (example: a group of 2 adults and 2 children below 2 years old)
- For Business/High Roof/Flat Roof Bus, please book the "4 Travelers/1 Room" Package
- For other bus types, travelers may book the "2 Travelers/1 Room" package. Each room can accommodate up to 4 travelers
- The vehicle type will be confirmed 2 days before the tour. If you are traveling with children below 2 years old, please contact KKday 2 days before departure to confirm the applicable package options
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions, etc., the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
Price for optional activities that are at travellers’ own expense is for reference only and is subject to change at any time without prior notification. Please refer to the on-site announcements for details from the your guide
Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour. Please carry your ID documents at all times in case of such an event
Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult
The tour guide will purchase optional activities. If you do not wish to join any optional activities, you may enjoy free time and meet up with the tour guide at the designated time and point
All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass)
In the event of weather, war, strikes, or force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. The attraction tickets will be refunded, except for the tickets for optional experiences. Please note that the tour registration fee is non-refundable
In the case of a force majeure (e.g., weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) that cause travelers inconvenience or result in travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, no refunds or compensation will be provided
Each traveler may carry 1 piece of large-size luggage under 28" and 20 kg and 1 piece of carry-on baggage
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
