The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants (20) is not reached.
Please note that due to force majeure, such as traffic congestion, the tour itinerary may be changed or the time spent at each site may be shortened.
Lunch is not provided. Please bring your own or obtain it at one of the stops.
The size, sweetness and ripeness of the melons may vary depending on the time of year, as their growth depends on climatic conditions.
Depending on the ripeness and growing conditions of the melons, there is a possibility that pre-picked fruit may be shared as a fruit platter or given as a souvenir.
Please note that if the kochia blooms later than usual, other flowers will be enjoyed.
Children under the age of 6 are admitted free of charge, but no seats or melon picking and tasting experience will be provided for them. The maximum number of infants allowed free is one per adult.
Those who have difficulty walking alone may not be allowed to participate.
Failure to show up by the departure time of the tour will be considered a no-show and will result in no refund. Delays in transportation to the meeting point are not considered grounds for requesting an exception.

Please wear seat belts on the tour bus as required by Japanese law.
No pick-up service is provided, so please arrive at the meeting point on your own. Please allow plenty of time to arrive as public transportation is very busy during the morning hours.
Please be aware that due to traffic congestion or other reasons, the duration of the tour in each area and the time of return may vary significantly.
Please be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.
There is no restroom available on the bus.
Please refrain from loud conversations on the bus out of respect for the other guests on the bus.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
