- The duration of the tour includes both pick-up and drop-off as well
- Tour duration is fixed for all tours/activities, but it may vary depending on the city traffic
- Due to heavy traffic in the Rove Marina and Wyndham Dubai Marina areas at the time of pick-up, we request that you head over to the Stella Di Mare Hotel for an easy pickup within a few minutes' walking distance
- The Safari Captain will send a confirmation of the pick-up time a few hours before the tour commences
- Pregnant mothers and tourists suffering from back or neck problem are not recommended to participate in this activity. Please reach out to us before the tour and we shall customize a private trip instead
- Confirmation will be received at the time of booking
- Children below the age of 5 will be charged at a child rate and a child seat will be provided, however, they are not permitted to ride on a camel. They will need to stay behind with an adult at the Bedouin Village or hop on the camel caravan
- It is advisable for you to leave all your valuable belongings behind. We will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items during the tour. We will, of course, assist you should your items happen to be lost during the journey
