- Enjoy a 12 minute / 18 minute flight.

Please be sure to inform us of the names, weights, and phone numbers of all passengers in advance.
On the day of your flight, please gather 30 minutes before your flight.
There is no specific clothing requirement for the day, but items that are easily blown away, such as hats and thin skirts, may be affected by the propeller wind.
The only thing you can bring onto the plane is a smartphone (with airplane mode on). Valuables and baggage can be stored in a locker before boarding.
After landing, you can take photos and have a bouquet surprise (optional). Please contact us in advance.
Please note that due to the start of operation of a new flight route at Haneda Airport, the sightseeing course will vary depending on the wind direction on the day of the flight.
If the operating company determines that the flight is not possible due to bad weather, etc., the flight will be cancelled. In that case, we will refund the full amount.
Even if the weather is cloudy, we will conduct flights if possible.
You may change your dates on your own until the cancellation policy applies. After canceling, please apply again on your desired date.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
