Q: Will there be any additional on-site charges?
A: Aside from the basic inclusions of the pass, additional charges may apply if you choose to upgrade drinks or purchase extra services at the attractions.
Q: Can I visit all locations with one ticket?
A: Yes. One ticket can be used once at each applicable attraction and cannot be reused. However, for certain attractions that require advance reservations, only those with a confirmed reservation may enter.
Q: Can I transfer my remaining uses to someone else?
A: No. Regardless of whether it is an adult, youth, or child ticket, each person is limited to one use per attraction. For example, if you purchase 2 adult and 2 child tickets for horseback riding, and the adults do not use theirs, you cannot transfer the unused tickets to the 2 children to use twice.
Q: Can I use it on the day of purchase?
A: You can use it immediately after purchase. The validity period starts from the first time you use it, within the duration of the option purchased. The expiration date of the product itself applies if it remains unused.
Q: What is the age standard for children?
A: For this pass, 'child' refers to anyone from 36 months old up to elementary school age. For infants under 36 months, please check the child admission policy for each specific attraction on the details page to see if they are eligible for free entry or if on-site payment is required.
Q: Does making a reservation in advance count as activating the pass?
A: The pass is activated upon your first use at an attraction. Making a reservation in advance does not count as activation.

- All unused tickets within the validity period are 100% refundable, if the ticket is used for more than one attraction, no refund will be given.

Based on the time of first use, you can use it unlimitedly according to the option time you purchased. (Cannot be used repeatedly at the same attraction)
Please purchase the pass based on the type of ticket (adult/youth/child) and the number of people using it. If the number of people using it is different from the type of pass purchased, it cannot be used (one pass per person)
The list of available attractions may change even after purchase, so please check the "Available attractions for the tourist pass" on your mobile ticket before using it.
If you change the number of people or the type of ticket, please get a full refund before use and then purchase a new ticket. ※ You cannot get a refund even if you use only one ticket.
Please use the attractions 1 hour apart. Even if only some people are using the reserved attractions, passengers who purchased the tickets at the same time will still have to wait 1 hour before they can use them.
