∙ Classroom admission opens 10 minutes before the event starts. ∙ This event is for children aged 12 and above!
∙ Those who have not registered for the course are not allowed to sit in or accompany the class (pets are not allowed).
∙ Drinking water or beverages are allowed at the venue, so please bring them with you.
∙ The time it takes to complete a carpet varies from person to person, so we strongly recommend not to schedule a tight schedule after the course. ∙ The machine requires extreme care and maintenance, so please treat it with respect. ∙ The machine can be dangerous, so please be careful and avoid playing around. ∙ If you have long hair, remember to use a rubber band to tie it up. ∙ If you need to shoot a video or commercial, please contact customer service before placing an order! !
∙ This activity may be recorded from the side for use as behind-the-scenes footage for company websites, marketing materials, etc. This does not involve personal information. Please rest assured that if you mind your personal image being used publicly, you can proactively inform the on-site staff. Failure to inform the staff will be deemed to have agreed to the Little Red Flower Art Factory using the recorded images of your image.
｜Custom Image Specifications｜
∙ To ensure that all participants can take their artwork home intact, please refer to the "How to select images?" section above.
∙ Please send your artwork to Little Red Flower at least 5 days before the class starts. ∙ Please follow this format for the subject line: [BIG Design Confirmation] Date - Session Start Time - Orderer's Name - Your Name | Overtime Fee |
∙ Overtime fee: NTD$250/half hour
∙ Overtime definition: If you fail to complete the trimming and trimming steps (photography is not included) before the scheduled end time of the course, and the course lasts for more than 30 minutes (from the 31st minute onwards), you will be charged an overtime fee.
For example: A class is scheduled from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. If you complete the finishing steps before 6:00 PM, no additional charge will be made. However, starting at 6:01 PM, a half-hour overtime fee will be charged. Starting at 6:31 PM, a full hour overtime fee will be charged. And so on.
｜Teacher's surrogate fee｜
∙ If you cannot complete the task within the time limit, you can also choose to ask a teacher to complete it for you.
∙ Teacher’s labor fee (NTD$800/item).

Please confirm that the date and time slot are correct before placing an order. If you cancel within 8 days of the selected date, you can "extend it once for free (to a performance within three months of the departure date)", but no refunds are available.
To ensure the quality of teaching and the rights of students in class, please do not be late! If overtime is caused by personal factors such as lateness, overtime fees will be charged.
This program is for children 12 years and older. Those who have not registered for the course are not allowed to sit in or accompany the class (including pets). If you are traveling with children, please refer to the mini parent-child plan.
If the product is not completed within the course time, an overtime fee ($250 NTD/half hour) or a teacher's replacement fee ($800 NTD/item) will be charged.
Since tufting guns are somewhat dangerous, our company will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by failure to follow these precautions during the course.
The time it takes to complete your rug will vary from person to person and it is highly recommended not to schedule a tight schedule after the session.
If the course cannot be held due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors (typhoons are subject to Taipei City announcements), Little Red Flower will proactively contact you to postpone or refund.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
