• To ensure teaching quality and protect students' rights, please do not be late!
• Classrooms will be open for entry 10 minutes before the start of the activity. • This activity is for children aged 12 and above!
• Those who have not registered for the course are not allowed to audit the class or accompany the student (pets are not allowed).
Drinking water or beverages are available at the venue; you are welcome to bring your own!
• The completion time for the carpet varies from person to person; it is strongly recommended not to schedule a tight schedule after the course. • The machine requires very careful operation and maintenance; please handle it with care. • The machine has a certain degree of danger; please be sure to pay attention to safety and do not play around with it. • Long hair should be tied up with a hair tie. • If you need to shoot videos or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing an order!
• This event may involve behind-the-scenes filming for use in company websites, marketing materials, and other event highlights. This does not involve private matters, so please rest assured. If you mind that your image may be used publicly, please inform the staff on site. If you do not inform them, it means that you agree to Little Red Flower Arts and Culture Factory using the images recorded with your image.

• To ensure that all participants can take their work home intact, please refer to the "How to Choose Image Files?" section above.
• Please return the artwork no later than 5 days before the start of the course. Please contact us.
• Please use this format for the subject line: 【BIG Pattern Confirmation】Date-Session Start Time-Booker's Name-Your Name｜Overtime Fee｜
• Overtime fee: $250 NTD/half hour
• Definition of overtime: If you do not complete the finishing and trimming steps (excluding taking photos) by the original end time of the course, you will be charged an overtime fee if the process exceeds 30 minutes (i.e., from the 31st minute onwards).
• For example: The course is scheduled for 15:30-17:30. Those who complete the finishing steps before 18:00 will not be charged extra. Starting from 18:01, a fee will be charged for half an hour of overtime. Starting from 18:31, a fee will be charged for one hour of overtime. And so on.

• If you are unable to complete it within the time limit, you can choose to ask your teacher to complete it for you.
• Teacher's processing fee ($800 NTD/piece).

Please confirm that the date and time slot are correct before placing an order. If you cancel within 8 days of the selected date, you can "extend it once for free (to a performance within three months of the departure date)", but no refunds are available.
To ensure the quality of teaching and the rights of students in class, please do not be late! If overtime is caused by personal factors such as lateness, overtime fees will be charged.
This program is for children 12 years and older. Those who have not registered for the course are not allowed to sit in or accompany the class (including pets). If you are traveling with children, please refer to the mini parent-child plan.
If the product is not completed within the course time, an overtime fee ($250 NTD/half hour) or a teacher's replacement fee ($800 NTD/item) will be charged.
Since tufting guns are somewhat dangerous, our company will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by failure to follow these precautions during the course.
The time it takes to complete your rug will vary from person to person and it is highly recommended not to schedule a tight schedule after the session.
If the course cannot be held due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors (typhoons are subject to Taipei City announcements), Little Red Flower will proactively contact you to postpone or refund.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
