- For vegetarians and those with special diets, please inform us in the remarks of the order for meal preparation. If there is no prior notice, normal meals will be served on the day.

- If you have high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnant women, asthma, habitual dislocation, severe cold and other physical and mental discomfort, it is not recommended to participate in water recreation activities.
- Age limit for snorkeling activities: Those aged 6-65 can participate, those under 20 and over 65 need the consent of their family members or guardians and sign a termination agreement
- Those who are prone to seasickness, please prepare seasickness medicine by yourself (the company does not sell or purchase service)
- You need to bring your own swimsuit or swimsuit, light clothes that can be launched into the water are enough. The space on the boat is limited, please try to bring light luggage as much as possible. Please consider bringing valuables with you.
- Passengers who need to self-diving, please provide relevant certificates, you can bring your own fins
- In case of bad weather and irresistible factors or the number of people in the group does not reach six, the captain has the right to change the sailing itinerary, change the route, destination and cancel the itinerary.

In case of cancellation of the trip due to weather factors (wind force above level 6, wave height above 1 meter, typhoon, thunderstorm) we will refund the full amount, and we will decide whether to cancel the trip 1 day before departure (22:00 local time), and then Will be notified by e-mail at any time.

Please do not stay up late or drink excessively the day before snorkeling. If you have symptoms such as hangover or poor spirits when you register, in order to ensure personal safety, you have the right to cancel the participation in the itinerary after evaluation by the coach, and no refund application will be accepted.

- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
