- Please let us know your contact information, pick-up/drop-off location information, and the number of suitcases when booking
- If you require a baby/child seat, please let us know at the time of booking
- At the time of booking, please be sure to enter a mobile phone number and contact application that is reachable in Japan
- After your booking has confirmed, we will arrange the vehicle for the day and inform you how to contact the driver
- Please contact the driver by 8:00pm the day before of use date to confirm the contact method, pick-up time and location

Tokyo sightseeing plan : JPY3,000/vehicle (4 passengers), JPY4,000/vehicle (8 passengers)
Mt.Fuji / Hakone One Day Sightseeing Plan : JPY4,000/vehicle (4 passengers), JPY5,000/vehicle (8 passengers)
Karuizawa / Nikko / Izu One Day Sightseeing Plan : JPY5,000/vehicle (4 passengers), JPY6,000/vehicle (8 passengers)
If you are not at the designated location at the designated time, driver's waiting time surcharge will be incurred. Please pay the fee directly to the driver on site.

Please look for your driver at the designated location 5-10 minutes before the designated time
Please be sure to let us know your mobile phone number and contact application that is reachable in Japan
After your booking has confirmed, please check with your driver about the course on the day
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
- For cancellations 1 to 2 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations 0 to 0 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
