If your selected package includes “The House of Dancing Water” tickets (check the package name for reference), please note that seating is limited and availability may change at any time. Some instant-confirmation packages are subject to the final issued voucher for confirmation. If the voucher cannot be issued immediately, customer service will contact you. Should the show be sold out or unavailable, a refund will be processed, and once the booking is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed. Room-only packages do not include show tickets and are not applicable.

All guests who book together cannot be arranged in the same area of The House of Dancing Water if they make separate reservations. Guests cannot apply for refunds or changes based on this.

The hotel room confirmation number can be found the day before check-in. Please fill in your complete and correct name when booking and provide a personal identification document corresponding to your name on the day of check-in. If the order cannot be found/check-in fails due to an incorrect name provided by the guest during booking, cancellation/changes will not be accepted.
