- Requested flight:
Airport pick-up on day 1: Between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, pick-up and drop-off will be at the airport waiting area (not holding a sign). If you arrive early, there will be no pick-up service, and you will need to make your own way to the group hotel for check-in.
Airport transfer on day 7: Domestic flights must depart after 9 pm, and international flights must depart after 11 pm (If guests wish to delay their departure, they will only be taken back to the hotel on the day of departure, and there will be no airport transfer).
- Please be sure to fill in your arrival and departure flight information and times when placing your order. Actual transfer times are subject to change; please refer to the supplier's notification email for the most up-to-date information.
- No refunds will be given if guests miss part of the itinerary due to flight or transportation issues. Guests will need to make their own way to the meeting point or accommodation. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance.
- Activities on Rottnest Island are independent and do not involve a guide.
- Images are for reference only. The itinerary order may be changed depending on the actual situation, but the attractions and activities visited will remain the same.
- Please be sure to provide a local phone number when placing your booking so that we can notify you before your trip and contact you on the day of your trip.

The sightseeing times listed in the itinerary are for reference only. The driver will make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions.
Leaving the group early or leaving the group midway will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and our company will not be liable for any corresponding losses.
All day tour vehicles will be assigned based on the number of participants that day.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 62 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 16 to 61 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
