Your journey with the Kalibo Boracay Transfer will start with a shared land transfer from the airport where our agents will be waiting for you on arrival. Upon arrival at Caticlan jetty, our gracious host will escort you to a boat that will take you to Boracay island. In less than 30 minutes of cruising along the island, you’ll reach the shores of Boracay and will be escorted to our shared shuttle service which will take you directly to your resort.

- ARRIVALS: We cater to flights arriving at Caticlan and Kalibo Airport between 5:30 am to 7:00 pm only
*The pick up time is based on guest's flight arrival time, the supplier will provide detail info by contact you 1 day before your arrival - DEPARTURE: Resort/Hotel pick up between 4:30 am to 4:00 pm only

All guests must provide any valid I.D, Passport or birth certificate to identify the local or foreign tourist for reference
Always check your baggage when boarding or disembarking the bus or boat. Porterage fees are not included

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
