To promote environmental protection, please bring your own water bottle/bottle, hand towel and heat-resistant takeaway box to hold the finished product (at least 15 x 10 x 10 cm high); if you need to buy a takeaway box, please ask the counter staff on site
The main meal that the children make in the morning is lunch. If there is any menu item that you do not eat on that day, please prepare a lunch box for the children. We can help heat it up on site.
It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early to complete the registration procedures. The earliest arrival time for the morning session is 09:30. Before 10:00 and after 16:00, the teacher will not be present and will not be responsible for the care and management of the students, but will let the students stay in the game area or reading area in the store.
If the course content or time needs to be changed due to special circumstances of the teacher, the consumer will be informed in advance
The experience provider will reserve the final right to change the course content and time.
Weather influence: In case of weather or other force majeure natural disasters, the organizer has the right to adjust, postpone or cancel the course.
Activity: 4 people are required to start the class; if the class cannot start due to insufficient number of people, we will notify you before the trip to reschedule or refund the full amount

- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
