If the pick-up procedure is not completed within the specified business hours due to flight delays or cancellations, any additional costs will be borne by the guest | Guests are advised to reserve sufficient time when booking to deal with emergencies

You can pay a rental car deposit of 100,000 yen by credit card when picking up the car. The deposit will be refunded during office hours after the supplier inspects the car and finds no problems on the day of return.

When booking a campervan driver, you must provide the following information: driver's full English name, date of birth, international license plate number, international license plate expiration date, copy of international license plate, copy of passport. If you order a ZIL Noble, you must have an international license plate C to rent and drive

If you have a specific drive model, please apply when booking. The final decision will be made by the supplier when picking up the car.

Please bring personal toiletries: such as sleeping bags, slippers, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, shaver, camping lights, etc.

For public and personal safety, only simple cooking is allowed in the camper, such as boiling drinking water or boiling water. If you need to cook strong-smelling food or use oil to cook, please cooperate.

The maximum voltage in the car is 1500v.

Guests are required to properly clean used kitchenware/facilities, otherwise the supplier reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee.

Guests are required to dispose of kitchen waste and water with oil by themselves and are not allowed to pour them into the sink in the vehicle, otherwise the supplier has the right to charge a cleaning fee.

The campervan is a non-smoking vehicle and smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.

The rental fee includes taxi usage fee, satellite positioning driving navigation system (GPS), consumption tax and insurance.

The car's satellite-based driving navigation system (GPS) provides Japanese and English voice prompts.

An ETC card reader is provided in the vehicle, but guests are required to prepare their own ETC cards.

The above rental does not include the fuel cost of the car. The fuel tank of the vehicle will be filled with gas before rental. Please fill up the tank when returning the car, otherwise the car company will charge relevant fees.

If the rental vehicle breaks down and cannot be driven, please call the pick-up/return store for assistance. The rental company will not compensate for the rental time lost due to the replacement of the vehicle.

When choosing a vehicle, passengers should not only pay attention to the number of passengers, but also the number and size of luggage. Please try to reserve space for luggage to avoid overcrowding.

When picking up the car, the driver (no limit on the number of people) must submit a valid international driver's license to the car rental company for copying and filing. Before picking up the car, you must confirm whether the appearance and function of the taxi are damaged or abnormal, whether it is fully filled with fuel, etc.

In addition to car rental fees, all other incidental expenses (such as highway tolls, on-the-way/hotel parking fees, fuel costs, entrance fees to tourist attractions, etc.) must be borne by the traveler.

If there are any illegal parking and speeding fines, the car rental company will collect them when the passenger returns the car or afterwards.

Insurance will not be accepted in the following cases, and all compensation must be paid by the guest. Traffic accident without reporting to the police (no accident certificate) Accident caused by a third party other than the driver notified at the time of departure: Accident caused by driving without a driver's license | Accident caused by driving under the influence | When the accident occurred after the scheduled rental time and the car was used without contact | Natural disasters (caused by earthquakes, tsunamis, etc.) | Failure caused by improper use and management of the camper by the guest

If the guest has violated local driving regulations (such as not paying fines for illegal parking, speeding, etc.), it will affect future rental services. If the car collection procedures are not completed for this reason, all rental fees paid will not be refunded by the company.

The price is calculated based on the lowest airfare, hotel and surcharges available on that day. The actual price may vary due to currency exchange rates and availability. If the price is changed due to the above reasons, no further notice will be given.

Once the travel product is confirmed, all contents cannot be changed and all paid amounts will not be refunded.

As the traveler was unable to provide the travel documents for the company staff to check during the registration, the traveler must check and ensure that the traveler and his/her companions *The English name of the registered traveler must be the same as the English name on the travel document *The validity period of the travel document is calculated from the departure date and must be more than 6 months *Hold a valid visa for transit or entry *There are enough blank pages in the passport for entry purposes

In order to make your trip more secure, the Hong Kong Travel Industry Council recommends that you purchase a travel insurance policy to protect yourself when traveling abroad.

The company will not accept any refund request for those who fail to board the flight as scheduled
