- Cancellation is free until 2 days before the boarding.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of boarding will be charged 100% of the fare.

<Airport pick-up>
The car will be dispatched one hour after the arrival time of your flight, and a placard with your name will be displayed at the meeting point.
The vehicle will be dispatched at the service usage time specified by the customer, and a sign board with the customer's name will be displayed.
Airport drop-off
When dispatching a car, the car will be dispatched to the entrance of the building at the time of service designated by the customer, and a placard with the customer's name will be displayed.

Please be sure to bring the booking confirmation email notified by us on the day of use.
For airport pick-up, please call the designated contact number to reconfirm the pick-up time. If you do not contact us and could not use the service, we will not be able to refund or change the schedule.
If you are late for the service use time due to your own circumstances, or if the arrival is delayed due to the driver's force majeure such as traffic congestion, you will be asked to pay an extension fee. How to Use

ー About dispatch time ー
<Ride from the airport>
The standard dispatch time is 1 hour after the flight arrival time.
Even if your flight delays in arrival, the driver will confirm the scheduled time of your flight and will leave the shed to dispatch the vehicle.
One hour after the actual landing time of your flight, the vehicle will be dispatched to the meeting place and the driver will be waiting for you with a sign board with the your name on it.
Upon exiting the arrival exit, please check the map attached to the reminder e-mail and proceed to the meeting point.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
