• All services are subject to relevant terms and conditions, and the detailed terms are published on the relevant website of China Mobile Hong Kong
• Once the SIM card is sold, it cannot be exchanged or refunded
• This stored value card must be activated within the specified validity date or it will be automatically invalid
• For any unused balance, data usage, call minutes and SMS usage due to expiration or the service is terminated for any reason, no refund or transfer will be granted
• CMHK will not be responsible for any damage to the prepaid card, nor will it give or provide maintenance services
• The mobile phone number of this stored-value card is randomly assigned, customers cannot choose, return or request to change the assigned mobile phone number. If the prepaid card is invalid due to expiration or the service is terminated for any reason, the customer will not be able to retain or continue to use the assigned mobile phone number
• All data usage time and usage are calculated based on the network records of CMHK. In case of any dispute, its records shall prevail. All charges are calculated based on the list published by CMHK from time to time
• In order to prevent customers from any improper or abnormal use of CMHK's network or resources, deceptive or fraudulent behavior, CMHK has the absolute discretion to temporarily suspend any or all services to customers without any notice until CMHK believes that the customer has stopped the misconduct or the relevant investigation has been completed. CMHK may evaluate abnormal usage based on the usage pattern and level of other CMHK customers, and/or whether the usage level of customers affects other customers' right to reasonably use the same network or service
• CMHK reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the use of the prepaid card at any time, including but not limited to data charges without giving prior notice to or obtaining prior consent from the customer
