・If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system. Cancellation more than 21 days before the selected date will result in a full refund (0% handling fee). Cancellation between 11 and 20 days before the selected date will incur a 30% handling fee. Cancellation between 0 and 10 days of the selected date is non-refundable (handling fee 100%), and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred.
・On the day of the event, it is recommended to wear dark clothing or clothes that are not afraid of getting dirty.
・If you need to reschedule, please refund your ticket and purchase it again, or contact us to make a note to make changes! No refunds or exchanges will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.

・If participation in the activity is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for Muke Studio, no refund will be given.
・If classes are suspended due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the initiative will not be postponed or refunded. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the event venue will be the class opening and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants.
・The organizer will take side shots of the experience event as needed and upload them to the fan page after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the studio staff at the event and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
