Where can I collect my Visit Busan Pass?

Physical card pickup locations include Busan Station and Gimhae International Airport. Bring your KKday voucher and passport, and check your package's eligible collection points.

1. Arriving by train: The official pass counter is on the second floor of Busan Station (부산역).

2. Arriving by air: Check the listed collection counter at Gimhae International Airport (김해국제공항). Different counters have different hours.

3. Taking a taxi: Show the driver your collection point's Korean name and map pin.

Check opening hours and lunch breaks before traveling. Allow time for collection before your first attraction.

How should I plan transport between Visit Busan Pass attractions?

Group nearby attractions together and check travel times before activating a 24- or 48-hour pass. Include walking, transfers, queues, and time at each attraction.

Public bus and subway fares cost extra. Add credit before using a physical pass as a transport card. Mobile pass users need a separate way to pay.

How do I use my Visit Busan Pass booked on KKday?

For a mobile pass, open the QR code in the KKday app. Screenshots, printouts, and PDF copies are not accepted.

For a physical pass, collect your card first. Show your pass at each attraction's ticket office to receive the included admission ticket.

When does my Visit Busan Pass activate?

The 24- or 48-hour period starts when you use your pass to issue a ticket at the first included attraction.

Collecting the physical card or using its transport balance does not start the attraction clock.

Does the 24-hour Visit Busan Pass expire at midnight?

No. It runs for 24 consecutive hours from activation.

For example, a pass activated at 10 AM remains valid until just before 10 AM the next day. The 48-hour pass works the same way over two days.

Do I need reservations with the Visit Busan Pass?

Check each attraction's booking instructions before you go. Some experiences require reservations or have limited sessions.

Buying the pass does not reserve your preferred time. Confirm availability before planning the rest of your day around an attraction.

Does the Visit Busan Pass include the Sky Capsule?

The included Blueline Park experience is the Haeundae Beach Train. The Sky Capsule is a separate ride.

Does the Visit Busan Pass include Spa Land?

Yes. Spa Land Centum City is included and counts as a Group A choice for BIG3 and BIG5.

Who can use the Visit Busan Pass?

The pass is available to foreign nationals. South Korean nationals are not eligible.

Can I cancel my Visit Busan Pass booking on KKday?

Unused passes may qualify for cancellation within your package's deadline. Activated passes cannot be refunded.

If you've used any pass in your order, partial cancellation isn't available. Physical cards also have restrictions after app registration or transport use. Check the conditions before collecting or using your card.
