Reminders
When picking up the car, please remember to bring your ID card and driver's license with you when picking up the car. For foreign passengers, please bring your passport, international driver's license, and local driver's license.
Vehicle retention time is limited to three hours. If you exceed the time limit, you will not be able to pick up the car without notification. The store has the right to transfer it to other guests, and the fee is non-refundable.
Foreign passengers: If relevant documents and credit cards cannot be presented on-site, vehicle rental services will not be provided and no refund will be given.
When delivering the car, please confirm the condition of the car on site: the car has been tested by both parties and is correct, and the engine is normal, the brake system is good, and the whole car is undamaged.
No refund will be given if the driver's license certificate that is legally related to Taiwan law cannot be presented on the spot.

If the vehicle interior and equipment are scratched, cracked, or damaged when returning the vehicle, compensation will be based on the price quoted by the authorized maintenance shop/original manufacturer.
Overtime fee increase instructions: NT$50/hour on weekdays and holidays; NT$100/hour on national consecutive holidays and the day before consecutive holidays.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 10 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
