- Limited storage space on our vehicle, baggage kept to 1 x 5-7kg day bag per person. We are not able to accommodate travellers' suitcases on day trips, please store at your hotel whilst on tour.
- This tour is not suitable for mobility-impaired travellers, including those using wheelchairs, walkers, prams, or strollers. If you require additional support please advise at the time of booking.

For the safety and well-being of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who appears intoxicated or shows signs of intoxication. Should you be asked to leave the tour for this reason, no refund will be provided. Please note that it is illegal to consume alcohol in a moving commercial passenger vehicle.
Itineraries and touring routes may change to adapt to seasonal conditions, winery venue closures, and changes in road conditions. Safety is our top priority, and we plan accordingly to ensure the best experience for our guests.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 10 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–9 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
